Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage on-site operations and electrical works, ensuring quality control and compliance with project specifications and timelines. Daily responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and team members, monitoring progress, inspecting project sites, and addressing challenges to maintain efficiency and standards. The Site Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient construction processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in on-site supervision and management, with a focus on ensuring adherence to safety and work standards.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with contractors, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in quality control processes to assess, monitor, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles, with the ability to apply them effectively on-site.
  • Professional qualifications or a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant work experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle challenges proactively.
