Who we are

A2A Security Agency Inc. provides guard and concierge services across North America. We're scaling a suite of digital tools that streamline scheduling, field reporting, and workforce operations—and we're looking for a remote engineer in India to help us build the next wave.

The opportunity

Join us full-time to strengthen our Flutter mobile app used by on-site teams and to expand our Laravel APIs that power it. You'll work across the stack, turning real operational needs into reliable features. This role suits someone proactive, organized, and eager to ship.

What you'll do

  • Improve and maintain our Flutter app for guards and supervisors.
  • Design, build, and refine RESTful APIs in Laravel.
  • Ensure tight integration between the app and backend services.
  • Write clean, well-documented code and meaningful tests.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability/performance.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a remote team and follow agile practices.

What you bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter (Dart), including publishing apps.
  • Solid Laravel (PHP) skills, especially for API development.
  • Comfortable with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Proficient with Git/GitHub workflows.
  • Access to a Mac for iOS development and releases.
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly in English.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD for automated builds and deployments.
  • Background building apps for security, workforce, or field-service use cases.
