Job Description:

This is a very inspiring role in Networks Digitization team where you will use your knowledge and/or experience in Scripting/Coding/Data Science methodologies and apply them to develop in-house close loop AI driven self organizing platform. Also responsible to develop analytics based solutions that produce telecom Networks and customer experience use cases as well as quantitative and qualitative business insights. You will work in a highly collaborative environment where you communicate and plan tasks and ideas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
2. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure that products or services meet established quality standards and regulations.
3. Perform testing and analysis to identify defects, bugs, or other issues.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product or service quality.
5. Document and report quality-related data, including test results, defects, and corrective actions.
6. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain testing plans and test cases.
8. Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders on quality-related processes and procedures.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to quality assurance.

• Hands-on experience in Development

• Hands on experience with Python scripts

• Hands on experience in PySpark coding. Worked in spark cluster computing technology.

• Hands on end to end data pipeline experience working on AWS environments

• Hands on experience with writing Unix Shell scripts

• Excellent programming & analytics skills and will be doing Python Development.
• Learn new technologies and able to deliver quality work in very dynamic environment.
• Ownership of the work along with sense of urgency.
• xpert in writing python code using various libraries (pandas, numpy)
• Hands on working in different file formats like Json, parquet, csv etc
• Should be able to write highly optimized python algorithm.
• Have experience in writing Python code for GPU.
• Should have experience to write parallel code to process huge data in minimum time.
• Must have good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in DB design, SQL and No-SQL (like My SQL, Postgres, Mongo)
• Experience in writing advanced SQL-queries, good knowledge of PL/SQL
• Experience in writing python APIs using Flask.
• Experience in scheduling the python Jobs.
• Experience / Knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus
• Experience in building data pipelines.
• Good to have basic Machine learning Knowledge.
• Good to have knowledge on Data Visualization

Qualifications -

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
2. Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the relevant industry.

1. Excellent technical skills and coding experience in OO languages (C / Python/Scala/Spark/Java, Java scripting ), ability to write stable, maintainable, and reusable code.
2. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as: MySQL and mongo DB.
3. Good understanding with RESTful APIs.
4. Understanding in Statistics, e.g., hypothesis formulation, hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and data exploration.

1. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality products or services.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, such as manual testing, automated testing, or regression testing.

In addition to the above qualifications, some industries may require specific certifications or specialized knowledge. For example, a Quality Analyst in the software development industry may be required to have knowledge of Agile methodologies
