We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in an international setting.

**Roles and Responsibility****

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on customer interactions to ensure high standards.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills.
  • Identify and escalate issues or concerns to senior management as needed.

**Job Requirements****

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles and practices, with experience in implementing them.
  • Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
