Role Overview We are looking for a Retail Salesman to manage sales and customer service at our fresh vegetable shop/outlet. The role includes handling daily sales, assisting walk-in customers, maintaining stock display, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers at the shop counter.

Explain vegetable varieties, prices, and offers to customers.

Weigh, pack, and bill vegetables accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of vegetables.

Monitor stock levels, report shortages/damages, and assist in reordering.

Handle cash, UPI, and POS transactions responsibly.

Maintain daily sales records and support shop operations.

Provide excellent customer service to build repeat business.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications Education: 10th / 12th Pass (basic reading & writing skills in local language required).
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in retail / vegetable shop / kirana store preferred.
  • Polite and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to weigh, pack, and manage cash accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of vegetables and seasonal produce.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts (morning/evening).

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹1,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience).

The official working hours shall be from 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Morning Shift), Tuesday to Sunday.

Incentives/bonus on sales performance.
