Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement verification methodologies for rice mill components and plant systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure equipment meets design specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to identify potential points of failure and recommend improvements.
  • Document test procedures, results, and any deviations from expected performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality regulations.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations related to rice milling equipment.
  • Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices.
Work Environment:
  • Combination of office and on-site work at rice milling facilities.
  • May require travel to various plant locations for equipment verification and inspection.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in mechanical verification, preferably in the rice milling or food processing industry.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical testing procedures and quality control measures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
