Role Overview:

As a CRM Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for managing the firm's client relationship strategies and CRM system. You will help maintain, analyze, and improve client data, ensure timely communication, support business development efforts, and enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the firm's CRM platform (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal systems).

Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information and documentation in the CRM system.

Coordinate client onboarding and ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and service updates.

Collaborate with partners and teams to identify key client touchpoints and improve engagement workflows.

Generate reports and dashboards to monitor client interactions, satisfaction, and service status.

Segment clients based on service types, industry, or priority to enable targeted communication.

Work closely with marketing/business development to support outreach campaigns, newsletters, and feedback initiatives.

Automate reminders and alerts for compliance deadlines, renewals, or meetings.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to data protection norms.

Support the transition from traditional to digital systems and train staff on CRM best practices
