We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, working knowledge of GST compliance, and proficiency in data entry and office tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for handling email correspondence and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.
  • Handle data entry, invoices, receipts, and vouchers accurately.
  • Support in bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and spreadsheets (Excel).
  • Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of GST compliance and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
