About the Role:

Sat Kartar Shopping Ltd is looking for a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to join our in-house IT support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform system troubleshooting to identify root causes and apply appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and manage technology inventory.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to senior IT staff or relevant support teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software installation, system configuration, and network basics.
  • Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
