The MarTech team operates at the intersection of marketing, technology, and commerce. We partner with stakeholders across digital marketing, CRM, eCommerce, product, IT, and data to deliver world-class customer experiences. Let's talk about you
As a MarTech Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of cross-functional technology projects across web platforms, marketing automation, eCommerce, and enterprise integrations. You'll plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that enhance customer experience, drive personalization, and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of MarTech initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.

• Overseeing execution across web, CRM, marketing automation, eCommerce, and platform integrations.

• Driving cross-functional collaboration across marketing, IT, product, data, and external vendors/partners.

• Managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Translating technical complexity into clear, actionable communication for non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensuring compliance, scalability, and adoption of best practices in MarTech delivery.

Let's talk about Qualifications and experience

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on marketing technology, eCommerce, or digital platforms.

• A strong understanding of how technical projects work end-to-end (architecture, data flows, integrations, APIs, cloud systems).

• Proven success delivering projects across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Shopify (or similar), CDPs, DAM/PIM, or equivalent tools.

• Expertise in agile methodologies and managing multi-stakeholder projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.

• Strong analytical skills and exposure to marketing analytics and reporting tools.
