Mystery Audit Division
. They are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial
Principal Consultant
to spearhead this vertical, drive client engagements, and lead a nationwide network of mystery shoppers.

This is a high-ownership, high-growth role ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand client needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Project Leadership: - Oversee end-to-end execution of mystery audit assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Team Management: - Recruit, manage, and brief a pan-India team of mystery shoppers for various projects.
  • Process Development: - Establish frameworks, SOPs, and workflows for the Mystery Audit division.
  • Growth & Expansion: - Drive expansion of the division across regions and continuously identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA
    (preferred) with an understanding of Market Research concepts.
  • Prior experience in the
    Market Research
    industry will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and client-handling skills.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
