Supply Chain & Operations

Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with a focus on reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness. Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Procurement Operations Manage end-to-end procurement process including purchase order creation, approvals, and tracking. Ensure timely availability of materials to meet production and marketing timelines. Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and reduce stock-outs or overstocking. Quality & Compliance Ensure all sourced materials meet the required quality and regulatory standards (FSSAI, GMP, etc.). Coordinate with QA/QC teams for supplier audits and product certifications. Cost Optimization Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor market trends and raw material price movements to inform sourcing decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with R&D for ingredient and packaging innovations. Support Marketing and New Product Development teams with procurement insights and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred). 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in nutraceuticals, FMCG, or pharma. Proven track record in vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain optimization. Understanding of raw material sourcing, contract manufacturing, and packaging procurement. Familiarity with compliance standards (FSSAI, GMP, ISO, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in procurement software and MS Excel.
