Job Summary: A Statement of Work (SOW) Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining SOW documents, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines. This role often involves collaborating with stakeholders to define program objectives, managing resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of programs. They also contribute to risk mitigation, supplier management, and overall program success.

Key Responsibilities: SOW Development and Management:

Designing and refining SOW documents, ensuring they are comprehensive and meet requirements. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables. Resource Management:

Supporting resource allocation and budgeting to ensure efficient program execution. Program Coordination:

Overseeing program activities, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines. Risk Mitigation:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with program implementation. Supplier Management:

Managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with SOW terms and conditions. Communication:

Facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned. Reporting and Analysis:

Monitoring program progress, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on program performance.

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related business experience Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a high-volume workforce management (MSP) environment managing both onboarding and contingent labor requirements. Experience with MSP and/or VMS accounts. Experience with Professional Statements of Work, and/or Outsourced Services. Manage workload, set target dates, meet deadlines, follow processes, and develop and implement project road maps to achieve optimum results. Knowledge of and the ability to utilized best practices in purchasing, procurement and client negotiation.

Other Required Skills Ability to professionally and effectively represent the organization as required. Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service to internal and external clients. Ability to negotiate pricing and delivery terms with service supplier firms. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
