The E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing SDH Naturals' online sales and digital presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and social media platforms. The role involves overseeing marketplace operations, online campaigns, product listings, and coordination with marketing and operations teams to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, stock, and performance across Amazon, Flipkart, and the Shopify website.
  • Handle day-to-day operations on Seller Central and coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely fulfillment.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and online promotions to increase sales.
  • Oversee website updates - new product uploads, banners, and visuals.
  • Coordinate social media content posting and ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Track sales, ad spend, and performance metrics; prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Monitor reviews, feedback, and customer queries to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Work with designers and marketing partners to develop visuals, creatives, and ads.
  • (Bonus) Knowledge of Helium 10, Flipkart Ads, or Amazon keyword tools will be an added advantage.
  • (Optional) Assist in building and managing a small e-commerce or marketing team as the brand grows.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience managing Amazon/Flipkart accounts or digital marketing for consumer brands.
  • Familiar with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify.
  • Basic understanding of digital ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
