Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to define product strategy and deliver elegant, user-centered solutions.
- Own the end-to-end design process—from ideation and prototyping, to user testing, to production-ready designs.
- Apply data-driven design methodologies—leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative analytics when making design decisions.
- Conduct and synthesize user research through interviews, usability testing, card sorting, affinity mapping, and data analysis.
- Design impactful and scalable user interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
- Present and communicate research findings, analytical insights, and design rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Integrate and experiment with emerging AI-based design and research tools to enhance efficiency and personalization.
- Contribute to and evolve the MoEngage Design System for brand consistency and scalability.
- Engage in team design critiques, sharing feedback openly to elevate the collective quality of our work.
- Contribute to a vibrant, creative team culture—sharing inspiration, encouraging experimentation, and making the design process enjoyable and collaborative.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4–8 years as a Product/UX designer with a portfolio showing user-centered solutions for end users and business applications.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Specialization in HCI, Human Factors, Visual Communication or related discipline.
- Skills:
- Strong mastery of data-driven design principles, blending research insights with analytics
- Familiarity with emerging AI-based tools supporting design, research, and prototyping
- Experience designing scalable, enterprise-level products (bonus for marketing automation expertise)
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written storytelling skills
- Ability to plan well, set and meet deadlines, and deliver delightful results
- Passion for creative collaboration and contributing to a positive team culture
- Bonus: Motion design skills and/or advanced user research proficiency
