We are seeking a skilled Field Telecom Engineer to join our team If you have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining telecom systems, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Planning: Develop and plan both wired and wireless communication systems, ensuring they adhere to the required performance standards and coverage areas.
  • Documentation: Handle the creation and maintenance of design and As-built documentation for telecom infrastructure. Support the installation and testing process for public services to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory at designated sites. Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available for production. Any discrepancies or shortages should be promptly reported to the team lead for action.
  • Production Oversight: Supervise production activities on-site, ensuring that all processes are followed accurately. Perform thorough quality checks and verify all installations meet quality standards. After verification, prepare and deliver final documentation to clients.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow the companys established guidelines, SOPs, and industry best practices, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Actively identify technical issues in the field and propose effective, efficient solutions to resolve challenges promptly.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with telecom installations (both wired and wireless).
  • Knowledge in telecom infrastructure design, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to conduct quality checks and manage site resources effectively.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and technical troubleshooting skills in the field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.
