Role Description

  • We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. The intern will assist in testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality processes within a collaborative development environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues.

  • Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing.

  • Assist in writing and maintaining test documentation (test cases, test reports, etc.).

  • Participate in QA reviews and contribute to process improvements.

  • (Optional) Learn and support basic automation testing tasks under guidance.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC.

  • Familiarity with web technologies and mobile apps.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and learning new tools.

  • Preferred (Nice to Have):


• Exposure to any test management tool (e.g., Jira, Trello).


• Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or Cypress).


• Understanding of APIs and database queries (SQL).
