About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Growth Marketing/Lead Generation Intern who's eager to gain real-world experience in performance marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation strategies for a US-based service business. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to build pipelines, craft campaigns, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential leads using LinkedIn, online directories, and industry databases.
Assist in building and executing cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and drip campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and funnels.
Segment, clean, and manage lead lists in CRM tools.
Track and report key metrics like conversion rates, CPL, and CTR.
Contribute ideas for growth hacks and automation tools to scale outreach.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
Ideal Candidate
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working US hours (5:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Interest in SaaS, tech, or service marketing.
Basic knowledge of tools like , Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or is a bonus.
High-energy, proactive, and detail-oriented.
