Core Competencies: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong communication abilities and a solid background in organizational consulting and AI model support. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful solutions.Must-Have Skills

  • Business Analysis: Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis using data-driven approaches.
  • Organizational Consulting: Experience in designing and implementing organizational frameworks.
  • AI/LLM Support: Hands-on experience in prompting, training, and feeding data into Large Language Models (LLMs).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Finance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of transactional finance processes (e.g., accounts payable/receivable).
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with finance ERP platforms like Oracle or SAP.
  • Project/Product Management: Exposure to managing projects or products in dynamic environments.
  • Shared Services Experience: Background in finance shared service operations is a plus.
