Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires an individual who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Create, manage, and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking data, calculations, and reporting.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents in Microsoft Word, including letters, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Generate reports and summaries using Excel functions, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
  • Verify and correct data errors and discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing both digital and paper records.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completion of tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform data backups and basic troubleshooting for system-related issues.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
