- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, escalating issues to technicians when necessary.
- **Data Management**:Oversee data processing operations, perform data backups, and maintain the security and integrity of computer networks.
- **System Operation**:Input commands, manage job execution, and operate peripheral data processing equipment.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance, and user support requests.
