Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per design, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities and monitor work progress at the site.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain daily site records, prepare progress reports, and update management.
- Ensure safety measures are followed by all workers on-site.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
