Hiring for Business Development Executive (Dairy Products) General Trade || Hyderabad @ Heritage Foods Ltd.
Position Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a critical role in expanding the distribution footprint of the Fresh Category at Heritage Foods Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for scouting and onboarding new Fresh Distributors (FDs) and Heritage Happiness Points (HHPs), creating retail presence, and ensuring smooth transition of operations to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Onboarding
- Consumer & Retailer Activation
Retail Network Creation
Successful Onboarding of Milk parlour like -FDs and HHPs as per business targets.
- Effective execution of branding and infrastructure readiness.
- Increased consumer awareness and retailer engagement through field activation.
- Smooth stabilization and handover of new FDs/HHPs to the sales team.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/post-graduate.
- 1- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or distribution roles (preferably in FMCG/dairy/food industry).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field with high ownership.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
