Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Garment Production Merchandiser with 3 to 5 years of experience. The role involves managing daily production processes, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring that garments meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include following up on orders, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining productivity, and effectively resolving production challenges. The Merchandiser will work closely with design teams and provide input to enhance product development and production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external vendors
  • Proficiency in Sales and Retail, with experience in overseeing order execution and managing timelines
  • Marketing skills, with a focus on understanding market trends and client preferences
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of garment manufacturing processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the garment manufacturing industry, particularly in outerwear, is an advantage
