Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction site supervision, execution, and coordination. The candidate must be willing to work at multiple project locations and should possess a valid two-wheeler license.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Site Execution & Supervision

  2. Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

  3. Monitor construction activities, labour productivity, and material usage.

  4. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  5. Coordination & Planning

  6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and project managers.

  7. Assist in planning project schedules and work sequences.

  8. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

  9. Quality & Safety Compliance

  10. Implement quality control procedures on-site.

  11. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all workers.

  12. Identify and resolve on-site issues related to work quality or safety.

  13. Measurements & Documentation

  14. Take site measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain documentation.

  15. Assist in preparing BOQs, material requests, and site checklists.

  16. Verify contractor bills and labour attendance.

  17. Technical Support

  18. Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

  19. Provide technical guidance to site workers and subcontractors.
  20. Report deviations or challenges to the project management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of execution, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic site documentation.

  • Must be flexible to work at any project location.
  • Must know to ride a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
  • Candidates preferred from Attibele, Chandapura, or Hosur.
