Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Designer located in Pune. The SPM Designer will be responsible for designing and developing specialized machinery for specific applications, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating on automation projects. Responsibilities also include working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, troubleshooting design challenges, and contributing to innovations in machinery for diagnostic solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Machine Design and its application in specialized equipment
  • Proficiency in Technical Drawing with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Automation technologies and concepts
  • Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in the design and development of Machinery
  • Proficiency in CAD software and related design tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in on-site environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostic equipment design is an advantage
