Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machinist located in Pune. The Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools, producing precision metal parts, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The daily tasks include setting up machines, performing routine maintenance, inspecting finished products, and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating and maintaining machine tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques
  • Understanding of safety standards and procedures in a machining environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in Machining or related field
  • Prior experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
