Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the travel industry, specifically in B2B sales and lead generation. Familiarity with relevant industry tools and technologies will be critical to success in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales (Mandatory skill) with a track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong lead generation (Mandatory skill) capabilities to drive new customer acquisition and expand company reach.
  • Experience with CRM software to track customer interactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus GDS for booking and managing travel itineraries efficiently.
  • Understanding of revenue management principles to optimize sales strategies and increase profitability.
  • Ability to develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to expand client base and increase sales volume.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share in the travel industry.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and manage sales pipeline effectively.
  • Generate leads and build a robust database of potential clients through various sales channels and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and drive team performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management for review and strategic planning.
