Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at MealOBox, located in Lucknow. The Founding CTO will lead the development, scaling, and optimization of the company's technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end product development, implementing scalable backend systems, overseeing mobile app development, ensuring seamless integration for partners and customers, and shaping the organization's technical vision. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ownership of the technology roadmap are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Backend Development, Cloud Infrastructure, and API Integration
  • Front-End and Mobile Application Development experience, preferably with expertise in Android and iOS platforms
  • Strong skills in Product Development, Agile Methodologies, and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics, System Optimization, and Scalability Best Practices
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to build and mentor technical teams
  • Prior experience with startups or entrepreneurial ventures is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
