Job Description:

Hiring for Production Executive/Assistant Manager for the company which is involved in the production of  various usages like Pharma grade, industrial usage, protein-enriched fibers

and gluten meal for Vet products, Liquid glucose, Starch powder.

Education: Diploma/BE (Chemical) , B.sc (Chemistry),B. Tech(Food)

Salary budget: up to 5.00 LPA

Experience: Min 5 years in the Starch Industry/Liquid Glucose

Job Profile:

  • Implementing SOP, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Control and supervision on DCS system of all linked process plants for productivity.
  • Implementing cost-saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of manpower, and production cost, raw material and energy consumption.
  • proper manpower management and shift scheduling with respective units properly.
  • Provide direct supports to operators in smooth handling of shifts and equipment.
  • Overseeing production-related tasks including planning, controlling, and troubleshooting, ensuring all process control parameters within the specified limits, and initiating corrective actions for the deviations.
  • Imparting training to new joiners and operators, develop their competency and skill set for the smooth operation of plant equipment on ON JOB TRAINING
  • Ensuring the Housekeeping of all plant premises and instructor all sectional operators to keep up to mark
  • Reporting any maintenance issue of plant maintenance shift Engineer for Avoid any breakdown preventive maintenance to be done.
  • Communicate the break down of running plant through HOD to Maintenance, Electrical, Instrument team ensure and evaluate the breakdown impact on process and report to Head Of the department
  • Setting up the production targets and achieving them with time and cost parameters and also ensure planning and implementations of corrective actions for the gaps in the production targets.
  • Worked cross-functionally by taking initiation and by coordinating with mechanical and electrical, instrumentation dept., to run the shift smoothly and achieve the production targets within time.
  • Timely reporting to HOD for any miss handling and miss operations and any unsafe act ,any uncontrolled situation inside the plant premises
  • Ensure all safety measures and implementations, guidelines as per management requirements, participate for training and development.
  • Preparing and submitting daily shift and production report, keeping documentation plant for auditable and clean
