Job Description:

Hiring for Starch powder, liquid Glucose Manufacturing Industry

Position:- Production Assistant Manager & Supervisor

(Products - liquid Glucose, Sorbital, DMH, DAH, M alto Destine) 

Education:  - B.E chemical / Bcs Chemistry

Experience: - Min 2 to 8 Years in a chemical factory, Food Industry, and Pharma Industry

Job Description:

  1. Plan and execute production plan to meet marketing requirements following cGMP standards and meet regulatory requirements.
  2. Prepare/review BMR, Master formula, records, reports & Protocols.
  3. Coordinate and support QA in various QMS activities pertaining to production
  4. Preparation of SOPs and training of production employees to meet the standards required
  5. Conduct process validations, cleaning validations
  6. Troubleshoot during manufacturing operations
  7. Evaluate the opportunities for improvement of production and process and implement in consideration with relevant stakeholders through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
  8. Reducing time cycles, improving yields and solvent recoveries in co-ordination with the R & D department
  9. Coordinate with relevant teams and ensure material is dispatched as per schedules.

  4. Innovative Confident and knowledgeable
  5. Proven expertise in API Manufacturing, technology deployment, plant utilization, and production initiatives.
  6. Ensure all the EHS parameters are followed in manufacturing areas
  7. In-depth knowledge of GMP, Quality principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards

Salary: - 22,000/- to 35,000/-

Location: Dondaicha MIDC, Dhule
