Role Overview
As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and leads. You will handle calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, while also reaching out to potential business partners such as travel agencies, hotels, and event companies. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through follow-ups and relationship management.
• Generate leads by reaching out to travel agencies, hotels, and local companies.
• Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and bookings.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Support management with administrative tasks and business development activities.
Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident phone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (basic level).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles preferred but not essential.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
