supply chain, or B2B SaaS/marketplace)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, expand city presence, and build

repeatable GTM engines. You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations to

identify growth levers and rapidly scale the business.

Key Responsibilities


• Drive revenue growth: Support strategies to 2X revenue in the next 12–18 months.


• City Expansion: Assist in identifying and launching new cities; monitor ramp-up playbooks.


• Fleet Acquisition & Engagement: Grow active truck base (32MXL, 32SXL, 20ft, etc.); improve fleet

stickiness and utilization.


• Demand Growth: Strengthen client relationships with logistics players; build client pipelines.


• Sales & BD Playbooks: Implement standardized playbooks for fleet onboarding, retention, and

ops.


• Data & Metrics: Track growth KPIs, optimize CAC/LTV, and support dashboard creation.


• Growth Experiments: Execute and analyze A/B tests in pricing, commissions, incentives, etc.


• Team Collaboration: Work with and support the growth and inside sales team.

Requirements


• Proven experience in growth roles within startups, logistics, or SaaS marketplaces.


• Understanding of trucking ecosystem and long-haul operations.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Execution-driven mindset – hands-on and practical.


• Experience collaborating across Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Tech teams.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have


• Exposure to platforms like BlackBuck, Delhivery, Rivigo, ElasticRun, or trucking verticals of

Swiggy/Amazon.


• Familiarity with FTL brokerage models and driver behavior.


• MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
