Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to clients, ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, designers, and collections to advise clients effectively.
  • Assist with store merchandising, product displays, and maintaining the overall store aesthetic.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while upholding brand standards.
  • Support in organizing exclusive events, trunk shows, and private client appointments.
  • Ensure in-depth product knowledge of all collections, fabrics, and designers represented in-store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Fashion Consultant/Stylist/Sales Associate in a luxury fashion retail environment.
  • Strong sense of fashion, styling, and understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-driven with proven sales experience and clienteling skills.
  • Highly presentable, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and festive seasons.
