About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and energetic Order Management Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle daily order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and provide basic customer support to ensure smooth delivery and a great experience for our customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer and distributor calls, chats, and emails related to orders, deliveries, and product details.
  • Process and verify incoming orders in the system with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment and on-time dispatch.
  • Track shipments, update customers on delivery status, and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
  • Manage order-related queries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain order logs, track daily order flow, and support the team with MIS and reporting.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt response and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve order and service processes.
  • Escalate issues to the right departments and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in order management, customer support, or logistics (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and comfort using CRM or order management tools.
  • A customer-first mindset with patience and attention to detail.
