Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Testing Executive/Manager with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, along with the ability to lead and mentor a testing team. You'll work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for web and mobile applications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Define and drive QA best practices, processes, and standards across teams.
• Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high quality releases.
• Identify, record, and track bugs; perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing tasks as per the release schedule.
• Guide and mentor a team of testers; conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze testing metrics and continuously improve test efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• ISTQB or any relevant QA certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
