Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Techno Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring smooth implementation, customization, and support of ERP systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ERP knowledge, SQL expertise, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis:
  Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and map their processes and translate requirements into the ERP system.
• System Configuration & Design:
  Configure, customize, and optimize ERP software to meet specific business needs while aligning functional requirements with technical solutions.
• Report Development & Testing:
  Design and test custom reports/dashboards using SQL and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve ERP system issues (technical and functional), ensuring prompt user support.
• Data Management:
  Assist in data migration, validation, and integrity checks using SQL queries to maintain accurate and reliable data.
• Collaboration:
  Act as a liaison between functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and the technical team for smooth project execution.
• Documentation & Training:
  Prepare detailed system documentation and conduct training sessions to empower end-users with ERP functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP concepts and core business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, HR).
• Prior experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Report Testing & Validation: Hands-on experience in preparing test cases and executing testing phases (Unit, UAT, Regression) for ERP modules and reports.
• SQL Skills: Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries for data retrieval, report generation, and issue troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
