Your Role

  • Deploy solutions in AWS and on-premises environments under supervision.
  • Install and configure Fineos solutions locally or remotely to support triage and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue status and resolution plans.
  • Perform technical triage and functional analysis to identify RCA of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient support operations.

Your Profile

  • 6–9 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support and deployment.
  • Proficient in Java (J2EE) technologies including JSP, AngularJS, , JNDI.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and services, including hybrid deployments.
  • Skilled in working with application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, JBOSS.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora) and integration technologies (SOAP/HTTP, RESTful APIs, WebSphereMQ, SOA, AquaLogic).
