Job Title: Audit and Accounting Trainee / Junior Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers or trainees to join our auditing and accounting firm. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn practical accounting and audit skills, gain professional experience, and grow with us for the long term.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. Candidates who have completed CA Inter or CA Articleship are preferred. Candidates pursuing CA, CS, CMA, or ACCA may also apply.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in accounting or audit firms will be given preference.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Office (Excel, Word), and accounting principles. Willingness to learn auditing tools and new software.
  • Learning Attitude: Should be eager to learn new tasks, open to feedback, and ready to handle responsibilities gradually.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment: Willing to be a part of the firm for the long term and grow along with it.
  • Professional Values: Must uphold professionalism, confidentiality, dedication, and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing audit and accounting assignments under supervision.
  • Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.
  • Support in preparation of financial statements, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
  • Learn and apply accounting standards and audit procedures in day-to-day work.
  • Participate in internal discussions, training sessions, and client visits when required.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations.
