  • Operate CIP systems according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
  • Monitor cleaning cycles, temperatures, chemical concentrations, and flow rates to ensure effective cleaning.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Maintain logs of CIP cycles, chemical usage, and system performance.
  • Coordinate with production and utility teams to ensure timely cleaning and minimal downtime.
  • Ensure correct storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.
