Designation- Cyber security Manager

Location- Mumbai

Roles and Responsibility-

  • Lead and manage multiple cyber security consulting projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Execute and review assignments in ITGC, SOC 1/SOC 2 readiness, ISO 27001/42001 implementation, and Data Privacy compliance.
  • Conduct gap assessments, risk evaluations, and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project documentation, findings, and reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate project plans, milestones, and resources with internal teams and clients.
  • Design and implement information security governance frameworks aligned to COBIT, NIST, ISO, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform ITGC reviews and recommend control improvements for effective risk management.
  • Support clients in achieving certification and audit readiness for SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001.
  • Conduct data privacy assessments and assist clients in meeting GDPR and DPDP Act requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of cybersecurity consultants and analysts.
  • Review deliverables, provide technical oversight, and foster team skill development.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and learning-oriented team culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify opportunities for extending service offerings and building long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and internal knowledge repositories.
  • Assist in proposal creation, RFP responses, and business development activities.
  • Keep up to date with emerging cyber regulations, frameworks, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
