Job Purpose: Lead - BIM is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within the organization. This role ensures that BIM practices are strategically aligned with business goals, project requirements, and industry standards. Senior Executive - BIM is responsible for developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans (BEP), coordinating the integration of BIM models across various disciplines, ensuring compliance with established standards and implementing innovative solutions to bring efficiency.

Responsibilities

Purpose:

The Lead Architect - BIM will play a crucial role in the Real Estate, Hotel, and High Rise Building industry, leading the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction. The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in BIM design coordination, especially using REVIT software for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Architecture or BE in Civil engineering, along with a proven track record of successful BIM implementation.

The Lead Architect - BIM will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization
• Developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards
• Overseeing BIM design coordination and model integration
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements
• Providing training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows
• Ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices
• Participating in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows

Qualifications
Education Qualification:

• Bachelor of Architecture or BE - Civil

Certification required:

• Professional certification in BIM (preferred)

Technical Skills:
