Purpose/Objective
The Lead Architect - BIM will play a crucial role in the Real Estate, Hotel, and High Rise Building industry, leading the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction.
The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in BIM design coordination, especially using REVIT software for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Architecture or BE in Civil engineering, along with a proven track record of successful BIM implementation.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Purpose: The Lead Architect - BIM will play a crucial role in the Real Estate, Hotel, and High Rise Building industry, leading the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction.

The Lead Architect - BIM will be responsible for: - Leading and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization - Developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards - Overseeing BIM design coordination and model integration - Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements - Providing training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows - Ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices - Participating in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows

3D Modeling-AAHL,4D and 5D Modelling-AAHL,Autodesk Navisworks-AAHL,BIM Software Proficiency-AAHL,Building Systems Integration-AAHL,Clash Detection-AAHL,Data Analysis and Interpretation-AAHL,Design Documentation-AAHL,Revit-AAHL
Qualifications and Experience
