Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate, tech-savvy gaming enthusiasts to join our Gaming Technical Support team. If you love helping gamers, solving complex PC issues, and delivering world-class support, this role is for you

Role Overview

As a Gaming Technical Support Representative, you will assist Lenovo gaming customers across phone, chat, and email channels. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users step-by-step, and ensure they enjoy a smooth and immersive gaming experience. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong in communication and have excellent knowledge of gaming systems and PC hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional support to customers via email, chat, and phone.

Troubleshoot issues related to Lenovo Gaming PCs, Laptops, Peripherals, and Accessories.

Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems—CPU, GPU, RAM, drivers, performance, connectivity, FPS drops, lag, etc.

Assist customers with Windows OS, gaming platform issues (Steam, Epic, Xbox Game Pass).

Offer step-by-step technical guidance to ensure uninterrupted gameplay.

Educate users on system optimization, tuning, and recommended settings.

Maintain accurate case records in MSD systems.

Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Escalation).

Share customer feedback to enhance support quality and product features.

Participate in continuous learning and stay updated on Lenovo Legion products & gaming trends.

Uphold all company processes, quality standards, and policies.

Skill Requirements

Must Have

Fluency in English, Hindi, and one regional language.

Strong knowledge of PC hardware: CPU, GPU, RAM, cooling, Windows OS.

Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM.

Should Have

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Strong reading, comprehension, and customer-handling abilities.

Understanding of gaming platforms and online multiplayer issues (lag, latency, FPS).

Good to Have

Experience with Lenovo Legion products or other gaming laptops/desktops.

Knowledge of Windows installation, BIOS, drivers, GPU/CPU troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of performance tuning and thermal management.

Sales support knowledge (upselling accessories, warranty).
