Key Responsibilities:

1. Width of Distribution Expansion

  • Identify and onboard retailers to increase market penetration in alignment with RDs.
  • Ensure 100% coverage of assigned territory through regular market visits.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out strategies to optimize inventory movement.

2. Retailer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with top-performing retailers to enhance sales performance.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with key retailers to address concerns and boost engagement.
  • Ensure timely resolution of retailer queries regarding pricing, promotions, and inventory.

3. POSM Material Deployment & Visibility Enhancement

  • Ensure proper placement of brand POSM materials (standees, posters, product displays) at retail points.
  • Regularly audit stores for brand visibility and adherence to display guidelines.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure timely refreshing of promotional materials.

4. Reporting & Sales Analysis

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with performance metrics.
  • Track and analyze sell-through rates, stock levels, and retailer performance.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
