Achieve reduction in downtime on account of engineering

  • Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment and machineries wrt utilities, HCM, mucilage preparation area
  • Monitoring process parameters and carry out corrective actions for utilities and HCMs on regular basis
  • Conduct root cause analysis for repeated failure and implement CAPA
  • Ensure availability of all spares at shop-floor
  • Adhere to safety guidelines at all times
  • Carry out corrective actions to reduce the capsule defects in coordination with Production
  • Conduct condition-based maintenance along with the mechanical and electrical works
  • Analyze data from available log books/SCADA/IIOT systems and accordingly prioritize line of actions for mitigation
  • Maintain documentation related to maintenance and machine history cards
  • Ensure machine health for continuous operations of all HCMs

  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Environment Management System - ISO / Occupational Health and Safety - ISO , c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.

  • Planning & execute capacity expansion and other improvement projects in the facility

  • Execute various improvement projects as per budget and schedule

  • Execute Auto - head change, size change/ pin bar change activities within the specified time frame
  • Execute readiness of sub - assemblies and conduct trial run to ensure proper functioning
  • Prepare & document SOP, log books, formats wrt maintenance
  • Manning allocation as per requirement and work along with online maintenance team for carrying out maintenance wrt to HCM and utilities
  • Follow up for Drop gauging and bend pin and bars removal and re-conditioning of pin bars
  • Maintenance of ATS as per plan
  • Carry out preventive maintenance of Centrapak, AHUs, Kathabar, pump, cooling tower, air compressor, hot water generator, cyclone blowers, ETP (as and when required), and water system
