About the Role:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated
HR & Marketing Intern
to work across Human Resources and Marketing functions. This dual-role internship is designed to give hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, as well as marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate databases.
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Help in organizing internal engagement activities.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Help manage digital marketing campaigns (social media posts, emailers).
  • Support market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in updating the company website and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in both HR and Marketing domains.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
