What You'll Do:

As a Load Balancer Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage load balancing solutions to ensure service availability and reliability. Your daily work involves configuring load balancers (F5, Nginx, Citrix ADC), monitoring traffic, optimizing app performance, and collaborating with IT teams to maintain seamless operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Expertise in F5, HAProxy, Nginx, Citrix NetScaler
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, routing/switching (CCNP/CCIE preferred)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Advanced Unix system administration skills
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, Shell)
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
