Role Description

The Senior Executive Information Technology L-2 will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure and systems within the hospital. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining IT hardware, networks, and software applications to ensure smooth operations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing IT solutions, and providing user support to hospital staff. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and efficient IT services in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, network management, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in software application support, IT system implementation, and debugging technical issues.
  • Understanding of hospital-specific IT systems and healthcare technology is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications in IT-related domains are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
