Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Information Technology Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our technological infrastructure, ensuring the security and efficiency of our information systems. A strong background in Quantum engineering is highly desirable, as the role involves working with cutting-edge technology to support our organization's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems across the organization.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and system integrity.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Quantum engineering, to integrate innovative solutions into existing systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff members to optimize system usage.
  • Lead or participate in research projects related to quantum computing applications within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, network management, and data privacy regulations.
  • Familiarity with Quantum engineering concepts, applications, or research is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously update technical expertise. This role is integral to maintaining our organization's technological leadership and ensuring robust, secure, and innovative IT solutions that support our strategic goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
